Customer Success Executive

Job Description: One of the most important roles of the organization, a Customer Success Executive will interact with new leads as well as paid customers over phone, email and chat and ensure that the customer's queries are addressed .

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
  • To address customer queries about the software and walk them through any feature that they need assistance in
  • To interact with technical team to ensure all issues faced by the customer are resolved asap
  • To ensure customers continue to use Primaseller for their operations and grow as retailers on the platform
Specific Skill Set:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience on customer interaction over phone, email and chat
  • Excellent communication skills – being well versed in English is a MUST
  • Empathy towards customers and ability to understand their business process
  • Willing to work in night shifts is a plus
  • Enthusiastic as well as patient individual who can keep customer experience above all else
  • Previous experience with software product clients is an added advantage
  • Ability to understand processes and follow them rigourously 
  • Engineering degree/MCA or any technical educational background is an added advantage
  • SaaS or ERP/CRM Support experience would be an added advantage

Salary: As per Industry Standards
