We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibiliites

A typical day at Primaseller being an BDA would involve:

  1. Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/market.

  2. Striking and initiating conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting into.

  3. Be the face of  Primaseller and introduce the company and the products to the prospects.

  4. Getting creative with writing emails/ Inmails and grabbing the attention of prospects.

  5. Being adaptable to change and have the thirst to learn new things/ways to reach the prospects and have them onboard for a meeting.

  6. Get duly rewarded and recognized for the hard work. 

Requirements

  • Willing to work in night shifts - we sell globally and particularly to the US and Canada. You should be willing to work on rotational shifts between late evening and night
  • Proven work experience as a Sales/Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
